MOMENTUM is an immersive, interactive augmented reality (AR) world created by multidisciplinary artist Victoria Fard, in partnership with the World Economic Forum and Augmento. It was showcased as part of the "Beyond the Frame" exhibition at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions (AMNC26) in Dalian. Augmento's immersive AR technology brought Fard's vision to life, creating an experience defined as "Art you do not just look at. Art you move through."

What industries benefit most from AR campaigns?

AR campaigns deliver strong results across many industries: Music & Entertainment (concert exclusives, album drops, meet-and-greet AR), Sports (stadium experiences, player collectibles, fan zones), Retail & Fashion (virtual try-ons, in-store activations), Real Estate (AR property tours), Education (interactive learning), Tourism (city exploration, museum guides), and Brand Marketing (product launches, experiential advertising). Any brand that wants to create memorable, shareable moments benefits from AR.

How long does it take to launch an AR campaign?

Timeline depends on complexity: Simple AR activations (image triggers, basic 3D models) can be ready in 1-2 weeks. Standard campaigns (geo-fenced experiences, custom animations, gamification) typically take 3-4 weeks. Enterprise-scale deployments (multi-venue, complex integrations, custom 3D content creation) take 6-8 weeks. We also offer rapid-deployment templates for events with tight timelines — some can go live in as little as 48 hours.

Can AR campaigns work without internet connectivity at a venue?

Yes, partially. Augmento supports offline-capable AR through progressive caching. When a user first loads the experience (requiring an initial connection), our system caches 3D assets, textures, and interaction logic locally. Subsequent interactions can work without a connection. For venues with poor connectivity, we can pre-load assets via QR codes distributed at entry points. However, real-time analytics, leaderboards, and social sharing features do require an active connection.
