Every profile Augmento builds is opted-in, tied to a real moment, and owned by you. Here is what we collect, when we ask for it, and what we never touch.

Each layer is configured per program. Nothing is asked for before it is earned.
Verified email, name, date of birth, country and city, with marketing consent recorded per channel. The consent record is worth more than the address.
Location at the moment of engagement, session length, repeat visits and where people came from.
The team, artist or brand people care about, their quiz answers and what they collected.
Who invited whom, who played together and what they shared.
Progressive profiling: every question is earned by something the player wants.
Location and device only. No form, no sign-up.
An email address and marketing consent, to claim it.
Date of birth and country.
What people like, in their own answers.
Name and phone number, only when a prize needs them.
Nobody is opted in by default. Marketing consent is a choice the person makes, channel by channel.
Each yes is stored per channel, so every message you send traces back to a choice the person made.
Every marketing message carries a way out, and anyone can ask to see or delete their data.
The profiles your program collects belong to you. Not to a platform, and not to us.
We export your data for you on request, in a format your CRM or email tool can import.
Retention is agreed with you per program, and anyone can ask for their own data to be deleted.
Not on request, not for a fee, not for any client.
No face data, fingerprints or voice prints.
No health, religion, political views, sexual orientation, ethnicity or union membership.
No access to address books or photo libraries.
Payments run through a certified processor. Card numbers never touch our systems.
Both require explicit consent. That is the standard our consent flow is built to.
Programs in Brazil and California follow their rules on consent, access and deletion.
Where a program needs its data kept in a specific region, we host it there.
